About the Company
We are hiring for a well-established events, advertising and experiential marketing company with a growing focus on Government and PSU clients across India. The company delivers complete event, branding and communication solutions to public sector departments and undertakings.

Role Summary
You will bring in new business from Government Departments and PSUs for the company’s event, advertising and experiential marketing services. You will handle the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing orders and collecting payments, and grow a steady base of institutional clients in Mumbai and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads in Government Departments and PSUs and build a prospect pipeline across Mumbai and Noida

• Handle the full sales cycle: first contact, proposal, negotiation and order closure

• Prepare business proposals that match client needs and submit them on time

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

• Follow up on purchase orders, invoicing and payment collection

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through regular meetings and follow-ups

• Work with the delivery, creative and operations teams so won projects are carried out smoothly

• Share regular pipeline, forecast and account updates with the Business Head – Sales

• Travel for client meetings and site visits as required

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; Government/PSU sales experience preferred

• Background in Events, Advertising, Media, Experiential Marketing or Exhibitions preferred

Skills Required

• Working knowledge of Government/PSU procurement and tendering

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, takes full ownership of the sales cycle

• Willing to travel
