# 🚀 Hiring: business development Executive – B2B / Wholesale Sales

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

## 💼 Job Summary

Reeva Corporation is looking for dynamic, target-driven and experienced Field Sales Executives to develop B2B business, generate new leads, acquire commercial clients and drive sales across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/Wholesale Sales, particularly in dealing with Hotels, Banquets, Restaurants, Offices, Institutions, Distributors, Retailers and other commercial establishments.

## 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Generate new •B2B leads and business opportunities•• within the assigned territory.

Identify and acquire new clients, including •hotels, banquets, restaurants, offices, institutions, retailers, distributors and commercial establishments••.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.

Handle •wholesale/bulk order generation and order booking••.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and close business deals.

• Follow up with clients for orders, repeat business and payments, wherever required.

Achieve assigned •monthly sales and revenue targets••.

• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

• Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate daily sales, client and order records through company systems/apps.

• Expand the customer base and identify new market opportunities within the assigned area.

## ✅ Eligibility & Requirements

• 12th Pass minimum | Graduates preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Wholesale Sales / Field Sales preferred.

Candidates with experience handling •Hotels, Banquets, Restaurants, Institutions, Offices, Distributors, Retailers or other commercial clients•• will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Motorcycle + Valid Driving License mandatory.

• Android smartphone required.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.

• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
