Job Title: Business Development Executive(Veterinary Poultry)

Salary: 20–30% Hike on Current CTC (for Experienced Candidates)

Role Overview:

We are seeking Business Development Executive with a strong background in the poultry and veterinary pharma sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and relationship management within the poultry field and will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business in assigned territory within the poultry veterinary segment

• Build strong relationships with poultry farms, veterinarians, distributors, and dealers

• Promote and sell veterinary and pharma-related products aligned with company offerings

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Identify and explore new market opportunities and client segments

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

• Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to product or sales strategies

• Conduct product training and support for clients as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry sales or veterinary pharma

• Background in veterinary science, animal health, or related pharma sectors preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel within the assigned regions

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals
