Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Sports Products (Criket)
Location: Sri Ganganagar, RajasthanIndustry: Sports Equipment (Cricket Bat & Ball)Position Type: Full-Time, Field-BasedExperience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales
We are seeking a highly energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our sports product line (cricket bats, balls, and accessories) in Sri Ganganagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail network, building dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new dealers, sports shops, and academies in Ganganagar and surrounding areas.
• Directly sell premium quality cricket bats, balls, and gear.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and increase market penetration.
• Ensure product availability and visibility on dealer shelves.
• Manage client relationships, handle objections, and process orders promptly.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback on competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Must have 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferred in sports, FMCG, or retail).
• Strong local knowledge of Jalandhar including retail hubs and sports shops.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
