Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell MEP solutions, doors, windows, and architectural glass products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets within the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell MEP products, aluminium/uPVC doors, windows, architectural glass, and related building solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Sales within the Building Materials, Construction, MEP, Doors, Windows, or Glass industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development may also apply.
