Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Digital Marketing Sales Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in digital marketing alongside proven sales expertise. You will be responsible for identifying target clients, pitching tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, and Lead Generation), and closing deals to expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, outreach, and convert prospective B2B clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn).

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client business goals and consultatively recommend appropriate digital marketing strategies.

• Pitching & Proposals: Craft, present, and close custom pitch decks, proposals, and pricing strategies for SEO, Meta/Google Ads, content marketing, and web solutions.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales pipeline, manage leads in CRM, and accurately forecast weekly/monthly revenue targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the digital strategy and execution teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into actionable campaign plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with formal exposure or prior experience in Digital Marketing.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development specifically within a digital marketing agency setting.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of digital marketing services:

o Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local SEO

o Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

o Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Content Strategy

o Website Development & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities (fluency in English and Hinglish/Hindi).

• Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
