We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, presenting suitable real estate options, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires achieving sales targets, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, and staying updated on market trends and available property inventory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer focused and target-driven approach are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Contact potential clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closures.
Stay updated on property inventory and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in meeting clients and closing deals.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in English and local language preferred
