Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of implementing effective sales strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Close sales through various methods including phone calls, client meetings, and door-to-door visits where required.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or solutions.

• Research market trends and develop creative sales strategies to improve performance.

• Maintain and update client database regularly.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (you can edit if needed)

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or a related field (freshers can apply)

• Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation methods.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office, CRM tools, or similar software.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
