We are looking for Business Development Executive (BDE) (Overseas Education) responsible for on-field student acquisition through college and school visits, seminars, workshops, and education events and for converting generated leads into successful study abroad enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Field Work, Events & Institutional Visits
Visit colleges, schools and educational institutions to promote study abroad programs
Participate in education fairs, expos and promotional campaigns
Generate quality leads through seminars, referrals and field activities
Ensure proper collection and validation of student data
Lead Follow-up & Conversion
Follow up with generated leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments
Contribute to revenue growth through effective conversions
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily field visit reports, lead status, and conversion updates
Maintain accurate data for follow-ups and internal tracking systems
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in conducting seminars and handling student queries
Willingness to travel for field work
Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification & Experience
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferred
Work Nature
Field-based and office-based role
Local and outstation travel required for visiting associates, academic institutions, college/school.
