Job Description – Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to expand our business by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client management, and business development across multiple industries.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Business Development

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients, distributors, dealers, retailers, institutions, and channel partners.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

📞 Lead Generation & Sales

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

• Schedule client meetings and presentations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Convert leads into long-term business relationships.

👥 Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.

📊 Sales Planning & Reporting

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Forecast business opportunities and revenue.

🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

• Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
