he role focuses on acquiring new Current Account (CA) customers (mainly businesses), maintaining relationships, and driving revenue through banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers such as SMEs, traders, startups, and corporates
Open new Current Accounts through field sales, cold calling, and networking
Generate leads via market visits, referrals, and business directories

2. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer business needs and provide suitable banking solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

3. Sales Targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for:
- Current Account openings
- CASA (Current Account Savings Account) balance
- Cross-selling products (loans, insurance, payment solutions, etc.)
