About the Role
CrewManpower Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate B2B clients and grow our staffing & recruitment business. The role involves field visits, client meetings, lead generation and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as companies, factories, hospitals, offices and SMEs.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references and online research.
Connect with HR Managers, business owners and decision-makers.
Understand manpower requirements and explain our staffing services.
Arrange client meetings and prepare basic proposals/quotations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements.
Maintain daily records of calls, visits, leads and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream; BBA/MBA preferred.
0–1 year experience in sales, BDE, recruitment or staffing preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
Good English communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
What We Offer
