About Creaspark

Creaspark delivers hands-on Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Drone Technology, 3D Design & Printing, and Design Thinking programs. We support schools with STEM and Composite Skill Labs, curriculum, teacher training, and workshops.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates with strong, active connections with Bengaluru schools, particularly principals, school management, academic coordinators, and purchase decision-makers.

Candidates working in robotics/STEM education, educational publishing, school supplies, educational kits, lab equipment, or related school-facing businesses are preferred.

Graduates are welcome, provided they have an established school network in Bengaluru. Existing school connections are mandatory; general sales experience alone is insufficient.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through existing school relationships.

Independently arrange meetings with school decision-makers.

Present Creaspark’s programs, curriculum, workshops, and lab solutions.

Understand school requirements and coordinate proposals and demonstrations.

Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closure.

Coordinate onboarding with academic and operations teams.

Maintain sales records and achieve agreed targets.

Develop long-term partnerships and support renewals and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduation in any discipline.

Established relationships with schools in Bengaluru.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage sales opportunities.

Willingness to travel regularly across Bengaluru.

English proficiency; Kannada is an advantage.

Compensation

Salary based on relevant experience and school network, with performance-linked incentives.
