Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to meet customers through company-provided leads, explain our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales. The candidate will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits, converting leads, explaining travel packages, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers based on company-provided leads.
- Explain the company's products/services and address customer queries.
- Convert assigned leads into sales.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Required Skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
3. Confidence in interacting with customers face-to-face.
4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
5. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
6. Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry is preferred.
Qualifications
1. Graduate in any field \ MBA
2. Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, travel sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Good personality with Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Energetic and target driven.
Comfortable with direct customer interaction ( face to face)
Comfortable with door to door visits.
Working Conditions
Fixed Salary + Incentives + Spiff
6 Days Working
Rotational off
Timing 1 PM TO 9 PM
All official travel expenses will be arranged and paid by the company.
