Commutec Corporate Mobility is a leading provider of employee transportation and car rental solutions across India. We specialize in delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-effective mobility services for corporates.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Chennai operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Corporate Mobility (Car Rental & Employee Transportation Services) segment.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Build a strong sales pipeline for B2B mobility solutions.
Client Acquisition & Sales
Pitch Commutec’s mobility services to HR/Admin/Procurement decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
Negotiate terms and close business deals within defined timelines.
Account Management
Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by coordinating with operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
Track competitor activities and market trends in the employee transportation and car rental industry.
Provide insights and contribute to sales strategies for the Chennai region.
Education: MBA / BBA / B.Com / BMS (preferred in Sales/Marketing).
Experience: 0–2 years in B2B Sales / Business Development (experience in mobility, logistics, or corporate sales is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
💰 CTC: ₹1.5 – 3 LPA (Based on experience & performance).
