📌 Job Overview
Industry: Property Documentation, Legal Clearance & Verification Services
Job Type: Full-time
Gender: Female only
Age Limit: 28+ years old (Married candidates preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM,
Days of Work: Monday - Saturday.
Work Location: Mostly On-Field (Client meetings & corporate tie-ups) with minimal WFO.
📝 Key Responsibilities: Meet land owners, institutional clients, builders, and developers on-field to understand their property paperwork needs.
Pitch our premium documentation processing, verification, and registration coordination services. Secure and onboard new contracts for property documentation pipelines. Coordinate between the client and our back-end documentation processing team to ensure seamless workflow.
🎓 Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales/business development (Experience in banking, mortgage, or property legal sales is a distinct advantage).
Languages: Mandatory proficiency in Kannada and English, plus one other regional language.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master's/MBA is a plus.
Appearance: High-standard professional grooming and communication skills.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle, a valid Driving License, and a willingness for daily local work-hour travel.
