We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Commercial Leasing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial buildings and office spaces, identifying vacant/available properties, collecting property details, and maintaining an updated database for leasing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit commercial buildings, office complexes and business centres to identify vacant/available office spaces.

• Collect and maintain property details such as location, area, rent, floor, availability, amenities and owner/contact details.

• Regularly update the company's commercial property database.

• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, facility managers and building representatives.

• Verify the availability and basic details of commercial spaces.

• Generate and maintain a database of potential commercial leasing properties.

• Share suitable property options with the leasing/sales team as per client requirements.

• Follow up with property owners and maintain professional relationships.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new commercial leasing opportunities.

• Support the team in generating leads and facilitating leasing transactions.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports of field visits, new properties and updated availability.
