Roles & Responsibility:

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits

 Target industries like manufacturing, construction, IT, startups, healthcare, and SMEs

 Understand client requirements, business activities, and compliance needs

 Recommend/suggest suitable ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment) based on business type.

 Educate clients about certification benefits, process, timeline, and costs

 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

 Present service offerings and prepare proposals/quotations

 Negotiate terms and close the sales deals

 Should achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of his assigned territory

 Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market demand

 Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

 Update CRM systems regularly

 Submit daily/weekly /monthly sales reports/DCR to the management.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

 Ensure high client satisfaction and handle objections effectively

 Ensure smooth handover after deal closure

 Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Explain certification process, timelines, and costs clearly.

 Prepare and present proposals and quotations.(if required)

 Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status.

 Ensure proper handover of client requirements after deal closure.

 Conduct onsite assessment /surveillance of ZED Bronze/Silver/Gold Certificate of given data

 Candidate has to do multiple assessments in a day and has to visit multiple location assigned by the company

 Both stages of mobile application and desktop verification will be done by the same executive, who has been allotted the case.  Assessment by mobile and web module and checking and responding to NC within 8 hours of receipt of the same.

 Has to generate new ZED certification (Bronze/Silver/Gold Certificate) by identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visit to industrial area per month.

 Explain ZED Certification benefits to MSME manufacturing units.

 Guide companies through ZED documentation, assessments, and certification stages.

 Conduct site visits, surveys, and basic evaluations as per ZED criteria in Industrial area.

 Organize awareness programs, roadshows, and industrial camps.

 Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and client follow-up.

 Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth project execution
