This is a high-energy, field-centric role. You will be the face of BPTDC, actively visiting companies, research institutions, and government offices to pitch our capabilities, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new opportunities.
📍 Job Location & Type
Location: IDA Bollaram, Hyderabad (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: ⚠️ Mandatory. This is a field-heavy role involving regular visits to companies and government offices.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Field-First Networking: Travel and conduct in-person visits to potential clients, biopharma companies, and government stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market Expansion: Identify new business avenues and effectively communicate BPTDC’s value proposition.
Pipeline Management: Secure meetings, follow up on leads, and bridge the gap between technical offerings and market needs.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
A background or strong interest in Biotechnology, Pharma, or Life Sciences (highly preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated individual who loves being on the move and working on the field.
Prior experience in BD or sales (especially dealing with corporate or government clients) is a huge plus.
