About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals across the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

●     Promote and detail company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

●     Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.

●     Meet daily, weekly, and monthly doctor call targets.

●     Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

●     Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with doctors.

●     Ensure availability of products at pharmacies and stockists.

●     Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

●     Collect market feedback and share insights with management.

●     Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities as required.

●     Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and sales reports.

●     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

Required Qualifications

●     Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any related field.

●     Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Representative are welcome.

●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●     Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical market and medical terminology.

●     Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
