Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Merchant Onboarding Executive to drive onboarding of merchants for Amazon Pay services. The role involves acquiring new merchants, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth activation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new merchants for Amazon Pay

2. Explain product features and benefits to potential merchants

3. Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and KYC

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants

5. Ensure timely activation and support to onboarded merchants

6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

7. Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets

Key Skills Required:

1.    Good communication and interpersonal skills

2.    Basic understanding of KYC and documentation processes

3.    Sales and negotiation skills

4.    Ability to work in a target-driven environment

5.    Knowledge of fintech/payments industry is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in fintech, payments, or POS solutions preferred

2. Graduate in any discipline

Salary:-₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience:-1–2 Years of experience in merchant onboarding / field sales / business development

Working Hours:-10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
