Job Summary

Bharat RE Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Vijayawada and Nellore. The selected candidates will be responsible for field sales and business development across various insurance segments, including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Motor Insurance, Marine Insurance, and SME Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their insurance requirements.

• Promote and sell Life, Health, Commercial, Motor, Marine, and SME Insurance products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

• Conduct client presentations and explain insurance solutions effectively.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Field Sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Knowledge of Life, Health, Motor, Commercial, Marine, or SME Insurance products will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
