Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects and Fire Safety products.
Meet prospective customers through field visits, scheduled appointments, and business meetings.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and commercial proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, builders, industries, and institutional clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales process through project confirmation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely customer communication.
Follow up on customer inquiries, project progress, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives as assigned.
Experience
2–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in one or more of the following industries:
Solar EPC
Fire Safety
Electrical Products
Building Materials
HVAC
Industrial Equipment
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Basic understanding of technical products and solution-based selling.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
Familiarity with Haldia ,Tamluk and Kolaghat market will be preferred.
Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication is desirable.
Valid two-wheeler driving license. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
