
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new CASA customers via field sales, referrals, branch walk-ins, and local marketing activities.
Sell banking and third-party products (FDs, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.) based on customer needs.
Build and deepen relationships with existing customers for cross-sell & upsell.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets as assigned by the bank.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and customer interaction records.
Ensure KYC, regulatory, and compliance adherence at all times.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate ( ~1 year experience preferred).
Willingness for field sales and local travel; bike & license often required.
