Job Role

Apogee Connect Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive to support franchise sales and onboarding. The role involves calling leads, coordinating with teams, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth franchise closure.

Key Responsibilities

Call and explain franchise details to interested leads
Follow up regularly with prospects
Support in preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
Coordinate with internal teams for franchise closure
Prepare and manage agreements (Word)
Maintain lead data and reports (Excel)
Track leads from inquiry to final closure
Assist in franchise onboarding process

Requirements

Graduate (any stream)
3–5 years experience in sales coordination / business development / franchise support
Good communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi preferred)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
