About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them with suitable loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other business channels
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Coordinate with customers throughout the loan process
Follow up regularly to convert leads into business opportunities
Achieve assigned sales and business targets
Maintain accurate customer and lead records
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager
Requirements:
Graduation / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, banking or financial services will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow
