🎯 Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Development Executives for a field-based role where the candidate will interact with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors to generate business opportunities.
The role focuses on network building, project identification, and deal conversion in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Visits & Networking
Visit architects, builders, and interior designers regularly
Build professional relationships and generate referrals
2. Lead Generation
Identify new residential and commercial projects
Generate leads through site visits and references
3. Product Presentation
Present company profile, materials, and design offerings
Explain product benefits and company USP
4. Project Coordination
Understand client requirements
Coordinate with internal design and sales team
5. Sales & Conversion
Support in closing deals
Ensure initial payment (token) from clients
6. CRM & Reporting
Maintain daily visit reports
Update leads and project status in CRM / Excel
🧠 Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confidence in field interaction
Relationship-building ability
Basic understanding of sales
Willingness to travel locally
🎓 Eligibility:
BBA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) – Final Year / Pass-out
