Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE – Field Sales) to generate leads, identify potential customers, promote real estate projects, and drive property sales through field visits, client meetings, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential customers through field visits, networking, references, and other lead-generation activities.

• Promote the company's real estate projects, residential plots, and property offerings to prospective buyers.

• Meet potential customers, understand their budget and property requirements, and recommend suitable options.

• Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested customers.

• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available offers.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

• Negotiate with customers and coordinate with the internal sales team to close deals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or real estate sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

• Good verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.

• Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
