Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting customers, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Visit existing and new clients regularly to generate business.
Identify new customers and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packaging products.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices.
Follow up with customers until the order is finalized.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Collect market information and keep track of competitors.
Follow up for outstanding payments when required.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
Graduated in any discipline.
2–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Good communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sales may also apply.
Willing to travel for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
