The BDE will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise customers for internet leased lines, data connectivity, and related telecom/ISP solutions. The role focuses on hunting new business, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients (corporates, SMEs, IT parks, etc.)
Sell ISP solutions such as Internet Leased Lines (ILL), MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement)
Understand client requirements and propose customized connectivity solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets
5. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with technical and operations teams for solution design and service delivery
Ensure timely installation and activation of services
Handle client escalations in coordination with support teams
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Experience:
2–8 years in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in ISP/telecom industry
Experience in selling ILL, MPLS, or enterprise connectivity solutions
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Good understanding of telecom/ISP products and enterprise networking
Ability to work under targets and pressure
