Role & responsibilities
1. Sales Hiring & Recruitment Operations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles across levels from executives to senior managers.
• Partner with business and sales heads to understand role expectations, hiring volumes, and performance requirements.
• Prepare accurate JD briefs and sourcing strategies for each position.
• Ensure timely closure of positions to meet business hiring targets.
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Management
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing sales professionals for upcoming roles.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication, and revenue orientation.
3. Stakeholder & Business Coordination
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align hiring goals with revenue growth plans.
• Conduct weekly reviews with department heads on open positions, hiring progress, and candidate feedback.
• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, ensuring hiring quality and cultural fit.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Represent ACETECH as an employer of choice for sales professionals in the exhibitions and event industry.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Promote the organizations culture, growth story, and brand value in all candidate interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Sales Recruitment / Business Development hiring.
• Prior exposure to exhibitions, events, media, or B2B industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, incentives, and performance-driven hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.
• Highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented
