Role: Business Development Executive (SMB)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry: Field / Direct B2B Sales
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Incentives (No Cap)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct 6–8 client meetings daily in assigned territory
Acquire SMB clients through field prospecting and direct B2B sales
Generate leads via cold calling and on-ground visits
Handle objections related to product, pricing, and competition
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain market intelligence and activity reporting
🔹 Mandatory Requirements
1–4 years in Field / Direct B2B Sales
Strong market knowledge & field readiness
Target-oriented with pressure-handling ability
2-Wheeler Mandatory
Valid DL & RC Book Mandatory
Laptop Mandatory (BYOD)
Good communication in Hindi & English
Stable career track record with proven performance
🔹 Additional Benefits
