Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities. This is a field sales role where the candidate will meet corporate clients, identify their IT infrastructure requirements, present our solutions, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Visit corporate clients to understand their IT infrastructure and business requirements.
Schedule and attend client meetings and product presentations.
Promote the company's IT Hardware, Networking, and Managed IT Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Follow up regularly with prospects until successful conversion.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM with daily activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Submit daily field visit reports and weekly sales updates.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT Hardware or Networking sales.
Lead generation and business development.
