Business Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Administrator to join our growing team at Enersoftrical India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, coordinating with clients, supporting project execution, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and business operations.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Prepare quotations, reports, invoices, and business documents.

• Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation.

• Support project planning and execution.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and project updates.

• Identify potential clients and support business development activities.

• Assist in improving operational efficiency and business processes.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications for reporting and documentation.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Probation Period: 6 Months

• Probation Salary: ₹12,500 per month

• After Successful Completion of Probation:

  • Annual CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000
