The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales and team handling, preferably in the fintech domain. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs). ● Drive on-ground sales activities including shop-to-shop visits to pitch Google Pay QR codes and Soundbox to merchants. ● Ensure successful installation of QR codes and sound pods for interested merchants. ● Work on provided revisit data – Revisit locations where QR codes were previously installed but are currently inactive, and reactivate merchant engagement. ● Train, motivate, and guide the FSE team to achieve daily and monthly targets. ● Monitor performance and ensure proper reporting and updates from team members. ● Build strong relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and team management. ● Strong understanding of sales techniques and merchant acquisition. ● Self-starter with the ability to build and manage a team of 8–10 FSEs. ● Fintech experience preferred (especially with digital payments or QR-based systems).
