Job Description: Branch Manager (Airoli, Navi Mumbai)

​Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Banking (with prior experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant BM)

​Role Objective

​We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Airoli branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both Asset and Liability portfolios, ensuring the branch achieves its targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Business Development (Assets & Liabilities)

​Drive growth in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) and Fixed Deposits to build a strong liability base.

​Manage and grow the Asset portfolio, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).

​Strategize and execute local marketing activities in the Airoli/Navi Mumbai catchment area to acquire high-net-worth (HNI) and corporate clients.

​2. Branch Operations & Compliance

​Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

​Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit protocols.

​Manage the branch’s P&L, focusing on revenue generation and cost control.

​3. Team Leadership

​Mentor and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Tellers, and Sales Executives.

​Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to bridge skill gaps.

​4. Customer Relationship Management

​Build and maintain long-term relationships with key branch customers.

​Resolve escalated customer grievances promptly to ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores.

​Candidate Profile

​Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA Finance or Marketing preferred).

​Background: Must have a solid background in Retail Banking.

​Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Airoli/Navi Mumbai market and its industrial/residential demographics is a huge plus.

​Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication in English and Hindi/Marathi, and deep knowledge of banking products.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Fixed Salary: ₹4.8 LPA to ₹9.6 LPA (Based on experience).

​Incentives: Highly competitive monthly/quarterly incentive structure based on target achievement.
