The GEM Sales Executive at Nandi Toyota is responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable Toyota vehicles, coordinating test drives, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery. The executive is also expected to maintain accurate customer records, follow up with prospects, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
Customer-focused with good negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Must be able to speak and understand Kannada.
