Tech Force Services is a leading Solar EPC company providing rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, housing society, and institutional clients. The company is expanding its operations in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and is looking for its first team member for the Raipur branch who can take complete ownership of sales and business development.
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and self-driven Sales Manager who can work like a branch owner and build Tech Force Services’ presence in Raipur from the ground level.
This person will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, closing solar projects, coordinating with the Nagpur head office, and developing strong local market relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads for residential, commercial, industrial, and society solar projects.
Visit customers, explain solar benefits, subsidy, net metering, ROI, and financing options.
Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with the technical team for final quotation.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.
Market Development in Raipur
Build Tech Force Services’ brand presence in Raipur and nearby areas.
Develop relationships with builders, architects, electrical consultants, housing societies, industries, dealers, and local influencers.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial segments.
Conduct local promotional activities, meetings, site visits, and customer awareness programs.
Ownership & Branch Responsibility
Act as the first responsible representative of Tech Force Services in Raipur.
Handle customer communication professionally from enquiry to closure.
Maintain discipline, reporting, follow-ups, and daily work updates.
Coordinate with the Nagpur office for design, pricing, documentation, installation, and after-sales support.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction and company reputation in the new market.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, customer follow-ups, and visit records.
Submit weekly pipeline reports to management.
Collect required customer documents for solar subsidy, net metering, loan, and project processing.
Ensure proper communication between customer, office, and project team.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of sales, customer handling, and follow-up.
Ability to work independently with ownership.
Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems will be preferred.
Good local market knowledge of Raipur and nearby areas.
Must be comfortable with field visits.
Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
Two-wheeler or own vehicle preferred.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, finance, insurance, or industrial products.
Education: Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background preferred.
Location: Candidate should be based in Raipur or willing to work in Raipur.
Personality: Honest, hardworking, disciplined, target-oriented, and responsible.
Key Expectation
Since this will be the first employee of Tech Force Services in Raipur, the candidate must not work only as a salesperson. He should work with complete ownership, responsibility, and leadership mindset to help the company build a strong branch in Raipur.
