We seek a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to oversee 3-4 branches, drive business growth in MSME/unsecured loans, and lead 12-15 field staff. The ideal candidate has strong area knowledge, excels in branch performance optimization, and ensures accurate MIS tracking for data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations across 3-4 branches, supervising 12-15 field staff for loan disbursement, sales targets, and recovery.
• Leverage local area knowledge to identify growth opportunities and expand branch business in MSME/unsecured loan portfolios.
• Analyze branch performance metrics, implement growth strategies, and monitor KPIs for sustained revenue increase.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS tracking using Excel/tools for reporting, dashboards, and senior management updates.
• Coordinate training, field visits, compliance with RBI guidelines, and team motivation to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in banking/NBFC sales, preferably MSME/unsecured loans.
• Proven track record in multi-branch management and business growth.
• Advanced Excel skills for MIS, reporting, and data visualization.
• Strong communication in Hindi/English; local Uttarakhand knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; travel willingness required.
