Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

Drive branch sales and achieve premium & revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the branch sales team.
Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a high-performance and customer-centric work culture.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Monitor documentation, policy issuance, renewals, and service quality.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Reporting & Performance

Track branch KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
Analyze business performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure branch profitability and operational efficiency.
