Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the study centre.

• Drive student admissions, enquiries, counselling and enrolment.

• Achieve monthly admission, revenue and centre performance targets.

• Manage and motivate teachers, counsellors, coordinators and support staff.

• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, feedback and retention.

• Ensure smooth coordination between students, teachers and management.

• Handle student and parent queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective students.

• Plan and execute local marketing, promotional and student mobilisation activities.

• Maintain proper records of admissions, fees, attendance and other centre-related documentation.

• Monitor fee collection and ensure timely follow-up for pending payments.

• Ensure the centre maintains required academic and operational standards.

• Coordinate with teachers regarding class schedules, student performance and academic requirements.

• Coordinate with Head Office regarding reports, targets, campaigns and operational requirements.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety and professional standards at the centre.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation of teachers and centre staff.

• Build relationships with local institutions, students, parents and other stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to increase admissions and improve centre revenue.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and guidelines.
