Job Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth at the local/area level by expanding channel network, acquiring new customers, and ensuring faster loan processing (TAT) through strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through various channels.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand channel presence and customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, real estate agents, and direct customers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Operations, Branch Manager) to ensure faster loan sanctioning and smooth disbursement.
Drive faster TATs through effective follow-ups and documentation management.
Track daily sales activities and maintain productivity reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Actively participate in business initiatives, campaigns, and sales contests to drive performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales or similar financial products

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and relationship management
Target-oriented and result-driven
Knowledge of loan products and documentation process
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-travel environment
