Job Description – Relationship Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage client relationships at the client location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between the client and the operations team, address customer concerns promptly, maintain service quality, and support overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.
Ensure the timely delivery of food services as per client requirements.
Handle client queries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and service teams to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular client visits and collect feedback to improve service quality.
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Ensure accurate documentation of client communications and service records.
Support new client onboarding and coordinate service implementation.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional business.
Ensure adherence to company policies and client-specific requirements.
