Job Description – Boutique Marketing Executive
Position: Boutique Marketing Executive / Customer Relationship Executive
Employment Type: Commission-Based
Job Responsibilities
Invite and bring new customers to the boutique.
Promote the boutique and its latest collections through calls, WhatsApp, social media and personal networking.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow up with customers and encourage them to visit the boutique.
Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, discounts and special collections.
Generate customer leads and convert them into boutique visits and purchases.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and develop a strong customer network.
Represent the boutique professionally and communicate politely with customers.
Commission & Earnings
Commission will be provided on purchases made by customers referred by you.
Commission will be calculated based on the actual purchase/sale generated through your customer reference.
Commission percentage is negotiable and will depend on your performance, customer generation and sales results.
Higher customer engagement and sales can lead to higher earning potential.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Ability to interact with customers and build relationships.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media.
Experience in boutique, fashion, retail, sales or marketing will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
