Job Title: Automobile Sales Executive (Spare Parts & HMV)
Locations: Kolkata, Howrah, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Paschim & Purba Medinipur, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Durgapur
Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on performance)
Role Overview
We are seeking target-driven and experienced Automobile Sales Executives to drive the growth of our Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HMV) and genuine spare parts divisions across key districts in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of heavy commercial vehicles, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B or B2C automotive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HMV) and/or genuine automotive spare parts within the assigned territory.
Dealer & Fleet Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with fleet operators, transport owners, local mechanic workshops, and authorized retailers.
Market Expansion: Identify new institutional clients, commercial transport hubs, and high-potential pockets within the designated districts to expand market penetration.
Order Fulfillment & Collections: Coordinate the entire sales lifecycle—from generating inquiries and negotiating pricing to order processing, timely delivery, and payment collections.
Customer Support & Technical Advisory: Provide professional guidance on spare parts compatibility, HMV specifications, and value-added maintenance packages.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, product schemes, and market trends, reporting insights back to regional management.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry, specifically dealing in Commercial Vehicles (HMV) or Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts.
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduation in any stream (Mechanical/Automobile background or diploma is an advantage).
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in local languages (Bengali, Hindi, English), and a deep understanding of the local transport ecosystem.
Mobility: Candidates must be comfortable with local travel within their assigned territory and hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
