Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant for Ashok Leyland Commercial Vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the commercial vehicle segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles.
Meet transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, contractors, and business customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
Assist customers with financing, insurance, and vehicle purchase processes.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain customer database and sales reports.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales.
Experience with Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid driving license preferred.
Graduate preferred; relevant sales experience is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
