Key Responsibilities:
Drive Fixed Deposit and Insurance sales targets.
Manage, coach, and motivate Business Associates to achieve business goals.
Build and strengthen agency and direct sales channels.
Recruit and develop high-performing insurance advisors.
Monitor productivity, persistency, and overall team performance.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate with experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and channel development skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
