Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and mentor Insurance Advisors.

• Generate business through personal sales as well as advisor activation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.

• Achieve monthly recruitment, activation, and business targets.

• Train, motivate, and support advisors to improve their performance.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up activities using digital tools.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, or Business Development preferred.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.

• Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate a team is an added advantage.
