About APC Channel:
APC is one of Max Life’s key distribution models. It focuses on an entrepreneurial recruitment
model, where Agency Partners are recruited. These partners, in turn, recruit and manage insurance
advisors to create a wide sales network.
Job Role in APC:
Designation: APC Manager / Associate Area Manager / Area Manager (varies by experience).
Responsibilities:
- Recruit Agency Partners (APs): Identify professionals, entrepreneurs, housewives, retired
individuals, etc.
- Develop Advisors through APs: Support APs in recruiting insurance advisors under them.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive Life Insurance business (Protection, Savings, ULIP,
Retirement).
- Training & Development: Ensure IRDAI training, product knowledge, and skill development.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory norms.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly & annual sales targets.
