
Responsibilities
Agent recruitment and development:
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agents to build a strong sales network.
Sales and performance management:
Setting sales targets for the agency team and monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
Relationship management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Training and support:
Providing training to agents on product knowledge, selling skills, and regulatory compliance. Offering field support and assistance with client meetings.
Market and compliance:
Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. Ensuring all sales activities and reporting adhere to company and regulatory standards.
Key skills and qualifications
Experience in the life insurance industry, preferably with a background in agency channel sales or field sales.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Excellent leadership, recruitment, and team management abilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the insurance market, products, and regulatory environment
